STUDENT EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM
Social and Emotional Learning remains a top priority for Varsity Brands as students, faculty, and staff return to campus this year. The Believe In You Student Empowerment Program designed around core SEL competencies, provides free resources to help teachers facilitate social and emotional development. Interactive Student Empowerment Journals and Student Leadership resources are available in free digital form. Staff development is available to help bring the program to life, and campus branding solutions provide positive reinforcement with empowering messages throughout your school.
BELIEVE IN YOU VIDEO SERIES
Believe in You® is an episodic series designed to educate students and staff about the incredible power of believing in yourself, despite the challenges and trials that life may present. Hosted by Kevin Atlas and starring personalities from around the country who have overcome personal challenges to accomplish the extraordinary. Each of the 9 episodes per season lasts for eight to eleven minutes, and is accompanied by lesson plans and activity guides to take the conversation further and spark critical thinking.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
BIY Professional Development is currently available virtually. We will schedule a trainer to use your school district web conferencing system (e.g., Zoom, Google, or Teams) to guide your educators through a 90-minute professional learning experience that will jumpstart your implementation of the Believe In You Empowerment Program – including student journals and leadership programs.
