SPIKEBALL Challenges – Middle School Physical Education
Teach the basics of Roundnet with SPIKEBALL Challenges.
This module teaches the basic Roundnet skills of Passing, Hitting, and Serving while also preparing your Middle School students for participation in OPEN National Field Day! Activities use our field day event cards and each lesson also incorporates a fun Minute to Win event. The focus of this set of PE NOW resources is safe participation in settings where students still cannot share equipment or are continuing with distance learning. If your students are back to school and can play Spikeball with their classmates, we encourage you to take a look at Spikeball’s new Curriculum Guide as well as OPEN’s Middle School Roundnet Module (links below). Spikeballs are easy to clean and games can be played with distancing rules in effect.
